Experienced Private Equity Professionals Providing Growth Capital

WE SEEK TO PARTNER WITH SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PROFITABLE BUSINESSES AND SELECTED START-UPS

Our Investment Approach

We are investors providing equity capital from our own family office funds. We invest alongside founders and buyout principals in small and medium-sized profitable businesses, as well as in selected early-stage companies.

We bring years of experience as private equity professionals and business owners, and look to actively assist management and fellow sponsors. We look to drive growth by providing strategic, operational, financial and M&A resources aimed at enhancing value in each of our companies.

We have played leading roles as principals in over $1 billion of private equity asset purchases across more than 50 separate investments. We have been directors of both private and publicly-traded companies with enterprise values ranging from $4 million to over $4 billion. Along the way we have helped build significant equity value for our investors and management partners.
